Thirty-day return window

You may return any product within thirty days of delivery, for any reason. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. This is in addition to the EU statutory right of withdrawal (fourteen days) — we offer thirty.

Free returns

We pay the return shipping. The return label is sent by email once the return is requested. Use the original packaging or any equivalent protective wrapping.

How to start a return

Write to hello@hewn.studio with your order number and the items you wish to return. A return label and instructions arrive within one working day. No questions are asked.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of receiving the returned items. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Exclusions

Opened cosmetics (the Bathing Wash, the Coat Mist, the Paw Balm) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the product is faulty. If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please send a photograph to hello@hewn.studio within five days of delivery — we will replace or refund in full, no return required.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, return the original and place a new order.

Statutory rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Belgian law (Code de droit économique, Livre VI). Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in this policy.
